Our Services

At QuitBet, I provide honest, one-to-one support for people ready to take control of their gambling habits – without judgement, pressure, or gimmicks. Whether you’re just starting to question your relationship with gambling or you’ve tried to quit before, I’m here to help you find your own way forward. I offer one-to-one support, help raise awareness and educate others on the impact that gambling can have. These are the three fundamental pillars that highlight everything that we offer and advocate for at QuitBet.

  • A group of people sitting in a conference room, listening attentively. The focus is on a bald man in glasses wearing a black Adidas jacket and holding a booklet.

    Gambling Awareness & Education

Many people don’t realise how gambling can affect mental health, relationships, and finances – until it’s already taking its toll. In my sessions I provide:

Presentation on Gambling Awareness & Education (combination of personal lived experiences, awareness & education)

Group talks and workshops for schools, workplaces, and communities

Tools to recognise early warning signs in yourself or others

Clear, real-world info on how gambling works and why it can become addictive

  • An interview or counseling session with two people sitting at a glass-top table, one person gesturing with hands, the other with hands clasped, two glasses of water, a notepad, a pen, and glasses on the table.

    One-to-One Support

I’ve completed a Gambling Counselling Diploma, equipping me with the knowledge and tools to support people through the emotional and behavioural sides of gambling addiction – with understanding, empathy, and professional insight.

Every story is different. That’s why I offer:

Private, one-to-one sessions (in person or online)

    Practical strategies tailored to you

    Non-judgemental guidance at your pace

Addiction doesn’t only affect one person.

If someone close to you is struggling, I offer:

  • Advice on how to talk about gambling without confrontation

  • Guidance on setting healthy boundaries and protecting your wellbeing

  • Signposting to additional services where needed
